Regional Studies Association organises its winter conference that will take place in London on 19-20 November.
This conference provides a platform for scholars to address great transformations taking place across our economic, political, and social spheres amidst heightened uneven development and inequality.
It covers the following broad themes:
- Regional and urban development theory revisited
- City and regiona governance for a post-crisis age
- Growing apart? The increase in social and spatial inequality
- Evidence-based urban and regional policies
- Smart cities, smart regions?
- Financing city and regional development
- Infrastructure and urban and regional development
- Human capital and cities and regions
If you are interested, please submit your abstracts by 30th September 2015. A full paper will be required by 25th October 2015.
